Satellite warranty is limited solely to:
Replacment, repair or issuing credit for the purchase price of
such product, at discretion of Robna Kuca Satellite. Robna Kuca
Satellite warrants to the original purchaser that products bought
from Robna Kuca Satellite will be free from defects in material
and workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of
purchase.
Robna Kuca Satellite will without charge, at Robna Kuca Satellite
discretion, repair or replace any components or parts if confirmed
by Robna Kuca Satellite that the products are defective, and that
such defects are not caused by abuse, misuse, accident,
alteration, Act of God, lack of cleanliness,enviromental
conditions, electrical power failure, elecrical power
conditioning, neglect, shipping, or as a result of service,
repair, or modification by anyone other than an authorized Robna
Kuca Satellite representative, or other reasons not caused by
product itself,providing that Robna Kuca Satellite receives the
defective product adjustment no later than one year from the date
of purchase.
Items not covered by Robna Kuca Satellite
Shipping to the warranty center, failures caused by Acts of God
like lighting, power surge, flood, etc., Failures caused by
Installation, Failures caused by use of products not supplied by
warrantor,water damage, Damage caused by abuse of the product,,
baterries and cosmetic parts,shipping damages, unauthorized
modifications.
Service will be refused for any components returned for service
that are not in their original packaging. |
