Uslovi
U roku od 10 dana od dana prijema nase posiljke mozete nam vratiti nazad u sledecim slucajevima:
Sportska oprema - ako je primljena u ostecenom stanju, posaljite nam je nazad, a mi cemo Vam poslati novi proizvod, ili vratiti novac !
Svi specijalno naruceni dresevi ( kao sa svojim personalnim imenom itd.) nemaju pravo vracanja novca jer je svaki specijalno narucen dres personalnog karaktera i van ponovne prodaje i vrednosti za nasu
kompaniju.
Knjige,Video Kasete,CD's za to ne vracamo novac nego isporucujemo novu posiljku istog sadrzaja, u slucaju da je roba pristigla u defektnom stanju. Novac za video kasete vracamo nazad samo u specijalnim slucajevima ali veoma je vazno da ako niste zadovoljni pristiglom posiljkom nas odmah obavestite u prvih 24 sata, a ne kao sto postoje slucajevi da film prvo pogledate i presnimite pa nam onda vratite nazad sa nekim drugim razlogom.
Sve prehrambene namirnice nemaju status zamene. Celokupna vrednost robe se kreditira ,zamenjuje ili vraca u novcanoj vrednosti u roku od 30 dana po ponovnom primanju na adresu nase firme.
Preporucujemo Vam da imate tracking broj da bi znali gde se roba nalazi u svakom trenutku i da naravno ne bi doslo do ikakvih nesporazuma da li smo mi robu primili ili da li ste je Vi poslali.
Novac koji se kredituje nazad na vas konto je vrednost produkta bez iskljucujuci troskove pakovanja i postarine + procesing fee od 5.00 US$ i svih ostalih dodatnih usluga uracunatih u kupovnu cenu koju ste Vi kao kupac ekstra
trazili.
Music compact disks are shipped directly from USA in 4 -7 days; every order has a fixated price of $4.85 no matter what's the quantity and the weight.
All other goods are shipped from Switzerland. Because of the known situation, products are no longer shipped from Yugoslavia, since the delivery would not be as fast. There are two possible ways to ship your order; by regular mail (which is usually used unless you insist that we send it differently), and it's delivered in 10-14 days guaranteed. Another possibility is sending your order by priority mail, which would arrive in 7-10 days and is more expensive.

All the drinks (except the exclusive one's in cardboard boxes) are sent in plastic bottles so that they wouldn't break during the transportation. Each extra order from this list will be included in the price.
All credit card charges will be protected by using our best, strongest, safest server who exists at this very moment (used by Amazon.com, Shopnow.com etc). So it's impossible for anyone to find out your credit card number or any other information.
Any product, not found on the shopping card, can be requested by e-mail. We'll gladly find it and place it on the card.
Shipping charges for CD and Videotapes to Australia and New Zealand vary because they depend on the weight. 1 CD or Videotape would amount to 5.80 US$ with AIR MAIL while one package of 10 videotapes would cost 19.90 US$. AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND: Air Mail travels 5-10 days with starting price of 5.80 US$ and going up.
Prices and delivery terms of other goods sent to Australia and New Zealand are:
1) Australia: Priority Mail, 5-7 days (prices on the tabulated list), or Economy Mail, 10-25 days (prices on the tabulated list).
2) 2) New Zealand: Priority Mail, 4-10 days or Economy Mail, 20-35 days (prices also on the tabulated list on he left side).
Refund terms:
You can return the shipment within the 10 days from the day you received it on in following cases:
Any damaged jersey will be replaced with a new identical one or we'll give you your money back as soon as we receive the damaged one. All specially ordered jerseys (like the ones with their personal name etc) cannot be returned because they have its personal value and cannot be resold or valuable to our company. We strongly encourage you to carefully read class A and class B jersey's qualities because later you won't be able to credit of your money if you didn't like the jersey because you weren't aware of the two different qualities.
Books, Videotapes and CD's cannot be refunded; if received damaged we will send you a new package with the same contents.Only in special cases we are refunding your money for unsetisfied Video tapes but in that case you have to contact us in a 24h. period so we can accept your refund request,because there are cases where customer orders a Tapes watches them and at the end returns them with some reason known only by him. All grocery products cannot be exchanged. The total value of the good can be credited, exchanged or refunded in 30 days from the day our firm receives the shipment. We strongly recommend that you have a tracking number, that way you'll know the exact destination of your good. This will prevent any misunderstanding whether we got the shipment or whether you sent it in the first place.
The money you paid will be credited back to your account matching the value of the product. Shipping and mailing expenses + the processing fee of 5.00 US$ and all additional services requested by the buyer will not be included in the refund.
